Beautiful stone-age "axe" for evaluation/discussion!

Stumbled upon this stone age "axe" while strolling through "antiques" for sale in Finland. Late neolithic yes, from Finland yes/no? The type looks Scandinavian in my opinion but the seller points to it "possibly having been been found in Keuruu Finland (although he claims he´s bought it in Sweden).

Selling Finnish prehistoric artefacts (found in this country) is prohibited by Finnish law. But over the years I have sadly noticed a trend that artifacts are being referred to as Scandinavian and therefore lawfully sold on Finnish auction sites.

This item is of a quality that, in my opinion clearly belongs in a museum whatever it´s  provenance (Scandinavian or Finnish or whatever). All opinions welcome :) !
