Teaching archaeology
to schoolchildren will be one of the activities of Jan Fast Archaeology in 2014. Today I´ve been writing cover letters for offers to schools in southern Finland for 2013-2014. The ages of the participants will range from 11 year olds to 19 year olds mainly in southern Finland (at least to start with). The offers will go out next week and if everything goes according to plan some school groups will participate in archaeological excavations in the spring/early summer of 2014 :)
